Chef C is amazing! His food is made with love and passion. The flavors are impeccable, and I appreciate the great service as well.

I can not describe how much I loved the food from this place. Had almost everything from the oxtails, all the shrimp dishes, the salmon and the patties both the beef and chicken all more delicious each time I have them. It’s the plantains that wake me up at night calling my name. So good! All the sides are just as good but I thing for plantains - obviously.
So if your reading this review because you’re trying to decide where to eat - go to Charles Kitchen and leave me a note here telling me how right I am.????.

Yummy! I am from Bahamian decent and visit my family in Florida often. I crew up eating Caribbean food. I was disappointed that some of my mom’ favorites were not on the menu, conch fritters, pigeon peas and rice, and boiled fish and grits soup. I was absolutely happy with what was on the menu. The shrimp were seasoned to perfection and the fried plantain was perfect.

Everything I have ordered from Charles Kitchen has been absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service always contra with a smile and a ready explanation if you don't know what something is on the menu. Definitely the spot to get your Caribbean fix.

Need casual food while on the road - don't let the size of the place make you think you'll get better good at a full size restaurant. Very affordable and top notch Caribbean food. Remember to ask for the spicy sauce. It is home made and very good.
