(September 8, 2020, 5:55 pm)Usually this place is decent, but Friday we took 2 sandwiches to go and one was completely unheated. By the time we realized it was borderline frozen, we were already miles away.
Other than that though, this location is usually good. -

IMHO Regency Square Starbucks makes much better Specialty drinks than Innsbruck location, which is closer to me. Really enjoy Cold Brew drinks during Summer months -

(July 18, 2020, 1:43 am)Went here during cars and coffee. The place was packed to the teeth, and they still got my coffee and my friend's Green Tea really fast. Other than that, typical Starbucks coffee. Great service.

(February 24, 2020, 1:18 am)This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to in the Richmond area. The plants are beautiful and there is a quiet conference room area for meetings or to study in a less noisy environment. I've never had a bad coffee here and continue to go back ever if it is not the closest location to me.
