Angela's Ristorante & Pizzeria

Our first time back in too many years. When our friends used to live in the neighborhood, it was our go to place. Thankfully, it's every bit as good as it used to be.

Best Italian food in Richmond. My family has been dining here for 30 years and have yet to come across better Italian food anywhere. A wonderful and hospitable family owned restaurant. Staff is warm and gracious as well.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Seafood New Orleans with shrimp and scallops was unique and delicious. Highly recommend.

This Italian restaurant is amazing. My “ seafood scampi” was so yummy! The scallops and shrimps where so fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely a must try while in Virginia. The service is also great!

Angela's is one of those special little places you only tell your really good friends about. This restaurant is located in a cheerful but unassuming storefront in the Ridge Shopping Center, on Ridge Rd. Next to the Ace Hardware. I have to admit that I passed it by for ten years myself, it is so unpretentious. However, one step into the restaurant itself and it announces that you are in for a treat!

You don't have to go fancy at Angela's, but the option is definitely there. You are welcome in your shorts and t-shirt with the the kids for a pizza, but the environment is romantic enough for a dress-up dinner date (with or without the family).

The food at Angela's is simply outstanding!!! I can't say enough about how good it is!. And the range is amazing as well. As I mentioned, you can go in for pizza. Their pasta is amazing (what else from an Italian restaurant?). Their meat and seafood dishes are delicious and well thought out. They have a specials menu that is simply genius: food so good you can tell that there is an artist in the kitchen.

You can spend quite a lot or not so much for dinner at Angela's. That's up to you and what you choose. But whatever your choice, you will leave satisfied after a good meal.
