Casa Italiana Restaurant

Very close to my job and many offices in the area. Food is great the ambiance is formal and elegant. Service was quick.

Standard Italian restaurant. We have gone here for carry out and really enjoyed it, but eating in was different. They made a big deal of being family owned and operated, which is cool I guess. The food was tasty and we left full, but both my partner and I suffered indigestion starting about an hour after leaving. Not sure if it was something they were cooking with, but we've decided not to return.

Tonight was a 60 mile per hour wind, hail, & thunderstorm night in RVA. I was in the mood for Italian food. So my boyfriend being the gentleman that he is, offered to go out in that craziness and get it for me. This was our first time trying Casa Italiana. All I wanted was a big plate of fettuccine Alfredo. When my boyfriend got home a short while later... I opened the Fettuccine Alfredo and noticed that it was a very small portion size. Like I genuinely thought it was smaller than a Lunch portion, and I ordered during dinner time off the dinner menu. I'm usually never the kind of person to complain about anything at a restaurant unless it really bothers me. Especially having been in the food industry for a long time growing up. So we hopped in the car it was only a few minutes from us... I mentioned something to the hostess when we walked in, and 2 minutes later one of the owners came out and said he totally understood, he apologized, gave me a full refund, and said, "let me put this in a box for you, I want you to give us another chance!" He came back out and gave it to me. I didn't even notice until I got in the car that it was packed full to the brim with fettuccine Alfredo! Now that's what I call 5 star service! This is definitely the difference between a family owned restaurant and a chain restaurant. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Casa Italiana for the exceptional service!

The ABSOLUTE BEST in Richmond Area... From Appetizers to Main Course...FANTASTIC... Took my mom here , she is 100% Italian and everything was perfect....

Even the Service was incredible. Ask for Tai, friendly and fast ...Now this is my moms and myself favorite Italian Restaurant ...We will be back.....often.

I had the Braised beef ravioli and it was off the charts good! I cannot rave enough about the quality of the food. My Mom was equally thrilled with the pan seared scallops with risotto.
