I was SOOO excited to learn my favorite food truck has opened a restaurant. I fell in love with their Smoked Mac & Cheese years ago when we used to have the Food Truck Rodeo at Chesterfield Towne Center. Friday I stopped by for dinner. Due to our current "health climate" I ordered to-go so my Smoked Mac & Cheese's texture was different than I remember, but it still tasted very good. I also got some ribs with sweet sauce which were delicious. The best ribs I've had in Virginia since Lonestar Steakhouse left. They also have a great Limeade. I can't wait to come back for a burger and other things. Once the "health climate" improves I will be bringing various family members to try their food.

Phenomenal BBQ and the waitstaff made us feel like we were at home. Cant wait to go back!

Great BBQ! Went with my coworkers and we all enjoyed it! The guys all ordered Sandwiches, but I ordered the "Red Neck Sundae", which is a bowl of pulled pork, fries, baked beans, slaw, hushpuppies, and mac and cheese. Large portions so you won't go hungry! Atmosphere is very comfortable; everything is new and clean. Very quick service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
