Canastas Chicken

The ceviche is delicious, if you like it Peruvian style. The dressings, rice and beans are very flavorful, I liked them better than Chicken Fiesta's version. The portions are huge! Costumer service could be improved, most of the time I don like to complain about it, but at least they could be a little bit less rude.

Clean, nice staff, great food selection. Prices are a little high but worth the price in taste & serving size.

For people who are not adventurous, don’t let the thought of Peruvian food turn you alway. Peruvian make the best roasted chicken, beats rotisserie chicken from anywhere. I have tried variety of things on their menu, everything was good. Lots flavor, fresh and good portion. It is not cheap, all main dishes are over $10. Also this is the only non Chinese restaurant that I know where I can get tripe. For this reason, I am giving them five stars. For people who do not eat tripe, there are plenty of meat and side dishes to choose from. I also love their sauces and house made salad dressing. So be adventurous, give Canastas Chicken a try. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Went here a while ago quite regularly until I moved away for a job. The food is an easy 5 star, the seating is a bit less than comfortable but good enough for the 20/30 minutes you'll be there. The prices are a bit on the expensive side but trust you'll get your value out of the portions. You certainly won't leave hungry.

It's cool to be back for a visit to see how much more traffic this place gets at lunch! Totally deserved.

From day one I was hooked on this Peruvian restaurant. For about three months I was eating here 3 days a week. Everything Is so delicious and fresh. Food is consistently coming out hot and ready. The managers are extremely helpful and funny. I try to bring a new customer to them ever time I visit.

I love seeing small businesses like this flourish. So..... what needs to change or be worked on? Gloves gloves gloves. Change those gloves every times you do something else. All staff members need to be conscious of the health department regulations and then train and train and train the staff to be just as aware of what they are doing at all times.

The kitchen area look clean and something is always being cooked back there. The girls are cute and friendly and they need to hire more females. They will attract more business with eye candy. All in all I love this place and give it 5 starts!
