    I read the reviews, I decided to take a chance. My subs were ????. The lady who perpared my subs did a good good job. She was pleasant and professional with a smile ☺. Will be going back. Keep up the good work.

    Original review: Great sandwich but had to wait over 45 minutes and there was no line, no one in front of me; I placed my order then the world went into slow motion. Behind the counter one employee was active, the other was like watching the sloth in the animated film, Zooland, truly unbelievable. Ordinarily I would have just left, but her inability to move in real time was captivating!!

    Update: so I went back to Firehouse Subs and order the exact same sub just to see what the experience would be this time. In 4 minutes I had my hot fresh tasty Hook and Ladder sandwich. Great job!

    Impressed with the quality and flavor. The bread was quality and good texture. The meats and veggies are fresh and have their natural flavor. The seasoning are complementary not overwhelming. And the mark of a true sub it is even better the next day.
