Love this place, freshest food but a lil pricey

Honestly this Panera seems to be staffed with some of the most incompetent people. At first I thought it was just the window people messing up my order because they were rushing, but even the people at the counter inside can’t get an order right. And then when you tell them that you didn’t receive what you ordered they are SO rude. It’s unfortunate that the service is so bad because Panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but this one definitely isn’t.

I love Panera and eat there whenever possible. My only complaint was that the scoop of Mac and cheese from the pick 2 seemed ridiculously small...minor problem for an overall great experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the employee helping clean might have been the nicest guy I've ever seen in a Panera. I overheard him explaining the tea options to a woman and he kindly came over and offered to clear our plates when we were finished. Outstanding service on his part and he did it with a smile on his face. If I make it back there I will single him out to the manager and commend his exceptional service!

Wow! I Never write any reviews but I am amazed I went to Panera in white oak and the manager comes out and gives me a dessert and tells me to keep the hard work. I often come here to study because it is a quiet, stress free environment. I am amazed at the generosity and the care they have for their customer! Thank you so much to Panera in white oak and to the managers( I believe his name was Michael in an orange shirt and another manager was on staff in a blue shirt greeted me very kindly) nonetheless us college students are stressed around finals and this kindred act really enlightened my spirit. He even went out of the way to bring me a drink, I am forever grateful for kind people who make the world go round.

Great location for coffee and fresh muffin or bread in the morning. Gets a bit crowded on weekend mornings. Would benefit from cleaning tables after guests leave.
