    food is excellent, portions large, service very good, restaurant small but complete menu of outstanding selections.

    Great food - Personally it’s always a hard choice between the clam linguine (white), sausage spaghetti, gyro, and any pizza.

    The staff have always been pleasant and responsive. I’ve also observed the owner on many occasions bring a order of complementary French Fries over to a table for small children - that act alone speaks volumes in my opinion regarding going the distance and customer/family service. To the owner of Sal’s keep up the great service!! It’s certainly noticed!!

    I drive from downtown Suffolk to eat here because everything is fresh, the place is clean, and the staff friendly and competent!

    I worked in the restaurant industry for 30+ years. The above 3 areas are most important to me, and Sals nailed it!
