I was excited to try this place and Teriyaki Madness did not disappoint! They were really busy when I arrived, but the girls at the register still greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions regarding all the different menu items. My family's order consisted of the spicy teriyaki chicken breast bowl, mad spicy orange chicken bowl, the regular orange chicken bowl, the teriyaki chicken bowl, and and an 8 peice order of the chicken potstickers. It was all made to order and super fresh. The homemade sauces were absolutely delicious too! Since it is all made to order, you may have to wait a little bit, but it's totally worth it! We are fans of this place and we can't wait to try other items on the menu. We plan on going back soon!
Second visit now. The rice, both times, isn’t prepared properly. It’s mushy and for dishes that have heavy sauce already it just isn’t prepared properly. If the rice was prepared better I would easily rate 4.5/5. The same can be said for the fried rice, very mushy. Chicken and vegetables are great. We’ll go back after they’ve had sometime to iron out the rice issue and re rate.
Food quick and delicious. Staff professional, polite, very accommodating. And at 7 minutes to close. Hard to please kid super happy with meal. Didn't kick us out they let us eat while they cleaned up kitchen. Overall would definitely recommend
All of our food was delicious, we will definitely be back! I’m so excited to have a new dining option close to home that serves fresh, hot, delicious food! We visited during their grand opening weekend and the place was packed. I had placed an order online for pickup. I saw other people reported problems with this, but I had no issues other than the estimated pick up time was pretty far out due to their volume for grand opening, which I expected. I was honestly surprised they had online ordering open during the grand opening and would recommend for anyone else that visits specifically during grand opening to just go in person and order because those orders were getting out quickly from what I observed. I’m sure online will be great when the kinks are worked out and the volume dies down. All of the staff were friendly and I think they were doing a phenomenal job to handle the volume due to their grand opening special. Those that gave 1 star reviews during grand opening weekend over logistical issues or honest mistakes should be ashamed. I think any restaurant deserves a little grace during their grand opening, and they don’t realize how hard a business has to then work to bring that average review back up. The food is 5 stars all the way! The pic of my Chicken Teriyaki Bowl doesn’t do it justice because I had already started picking at it before I thought to take a photo. We also had egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and potstickers—all delicious!😋
