Halterman's Eatery

For all the haters...all the negative comments are only fueling this family to make things better, so being nasty to them isn't hurting them. This restaurant and family are doing a fantastic job. We ate there for my husband's birthday. Our meal was delicious and the service was outstanding.

In my opinion this is a GREAT restaurant. I have been there several times when they were Seafarers and now Halterman's Eatery. I love the changes and can't wait to see what Seafarers menu items they bring back the season. The staff is absolutely amazing. The owner is very hands on and personable with all her customer. I truly can't wait to go back for some more of Chef Logan's Steak and eggs and fried pickles. 5 STARS for me everytime!!!

Went to Halterman's on Valentine's day. As some have commented, the food was slow coming out. However, I had the she crab soup and bacon wrapped scallops which was delicious. Also, remember there was an unfortunate accident on 360 that closed both lanes which caused them to be packed. My point is everyone is packed on Valentine's day, they have a new menu they are getting used to, and everyone deserves a second chance. So much so that my family went back the day after Valentine's for crab legs and shrimp. Good food and good people.

I gave it 5 stars because if Nick Bowen can give 1 star just to be a hater. I figured I could give it 5. As Nick stated honest reviews are hard to come by. I haven’t eaten there, on the other hand neither has Nick. So stop on by and give it em’ a try! Cheers!

My husband and I went last night and we will definitely be back again. We got the Loaded Cheese Fries as an Appetizer and it was the perfect start to our meal. My husband ordered the Fish and Chips and I had the Burger. The burger was seasoned perfectly, very flavorful, and juicy. My husband said the Fish and Chips were great too!! You get your money’s worth as it was thick pieces of fish that were perfectly breaded and seasoned to melt in your mouth. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our visit and it was great to catch up with Amber and have a few laughs. Looking forward to next time as we both know what we want to try next and I will save room for dessert.
