Buffalo Wing Factory

Had a to go order. The wings were good as always but got some fries and a drink , however the fries were cold when i got to them 5 min after leaving. Would come back here again but would recommend eating there

I went for Bite Night. On Wednesday nights, bites are 70 cents each when you order 10 at a time. I do have a usual sauce order, as does my spouse. I enjoyed the bites, my spouse had to get extra sauce as hers were a little sparse in the sauce area. Otherwise the service was great, and the food was really good.

My favorite wing place. Service is pretty hit or miss, but the food is awesome. Best nachos and wings around!

Have been coming to this location for a few years now, it's good but I had a less than stellar experience this past visit. I got a salad with ranch dressing and it came dry with a 2oz ramekin of ranch that wasn't even half full. I asked for more and was told it was a $0.75 "upcharge". I said no thanks. Then later a manager came by to ask how the meal was and I asked about the charge since it had never happened before. He said it was always a store policy to charge but some servers would not. He then said he would see what he could do, but then never came back to the table. Probably a worse response than if he'd just said sorry.

Didn't get a picture of the ranch but I have one of the ketchup that was similarly pathetic in volume.

The wings were fine, though now I think I have a reason to try wing stop in Sterling.

Good service. Salad was good. Good variety of menu items. Staff went above and beyond to handle a large group with no notice.
