Excellent food, superb customer service, great craft beer selection and so much more positive to say about this establishment than I'd have room for. Definitely a go-to spot for anyone looking for a modern atmosphere that meets a savvy menu and illustrious vibe. Definitely going to be a repeat customer even for being an hour away from home.

You know a good local and friendly restaurant the moment you step in. Saigon Outcast outshines this statement! From the moment we stepped inside we were greeting by the owner himself who explained how the place worked as well as gave us suggestions for what was the best to eat. After eating and serving ourselves the owner was still very attentive and truly cared about his customers and their satisfaction. You could tell this owner and his employees LOVE their jobs thus giving an even more enjoyable and friendly atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. By far one of the best new places to come here in ashburn and I cannot wait to see how they excel because they will! Get in there now before there’s lines coming out the door

Haven't actually ordered any food here. HOWEVER, I did run a food delivery with two orders. I really appreciate the service I received even thought there was a big mix up with the orders. The gentleman who assisted me (not sure if he was the manager or owner) was very nice and checked everything out for me. While waiting I did take time to look at their offerings and it looks and smells great! I'm vegetarian so I was excited to see a tofu banh mi on the menu. The beer wall looked amazing as well! I will definitely be coming back as a customer in the near future!

The food is awesome. The pour your own beer selection is awesome. It is also owned by guys who you can definitely tell care about their restaurant. I come here every weekend for a bowl of Pho or another delicious meal and never leave disappointed. Eat here. Bring your friends and make sure they are open for business for years to come.

Wow I was impressed by the food and service! I ordered the spring rolls (probably one of the best in the area) and a lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl. The highlights of this restaurant are the selection of beer on tap that you pour yourself and the appetizers. Honestly all the appetizers were delicious and I plan to come back to try more of them! Definitely would recommend! This place has lots of outdoor covered seating as well!
