Best BBQ in Northern VA!!!! Ribs, Brisket, and Pulled Pork are very flavorful and delicious. Mac and cheese and collard greens have that down home feel. I highly recommend everyone visit there food truck!!!

Had the pleasure of enjoying this at Ocelot Brewing - the food is super good and the people are very nice. Would recommend!

Edit: I've been burned several times during summer weekends, but I have raised the number of stars after they have started to post when they are actually open via social media. Tournament scheduling is done several months in advance and I would suggest that the owners consider either 1) posting the summer, spring or fall tournament schedule or 2) changing the hours on their Web site to something a bit more realisitic rather than saying you are open seven days a week and putting a disclaimer for every single day. I would caution someone from making a special trip unless you know for sure they are open via social media.

At a soccer tournament with 3 granddaughters from Ohio. The best Brisket I have had. I make my own, have had it from Texas and this is by far the best. Had a brisket sandwich 2 days in a row and took 2 pounds home.
