I'm giving this place a five-star because very few restaurants around Reston can handle lunch rush. But potbelly by far has the best system. It doesn't matter if you are waiting in line or ordering online when you Get there, the food will be ready and they never run out of anything or are low on anything. This is how all restaurants should learn from.

Extremely happy with our service here today! My kids have food allergies to milk eggs nuts peanuts wheat and soy. Basil was able to understand our allergy needs and prepare food that was safe for my child. Families like ours have very few options for eating out and it's great to know that we can add Potbelly to that list! Thanks Basil and to the other workers for making this a positive experience!!
