Wayback Burgers

I love the burgers here. Order online many times and food is ready in 10-15 minutes and made to order always.

Guy taking our order felt very unfriendly and made the three of us kinda uncomfortable because he never smiled or nodded and just stared at us while I gave the order. I wanted the Classic burger but with a chicken patty instead (I’m allergic to beef) so I said that to him. He seemed confused so I made sure to say “that’s with a chicken patty and NO beef” again when he repeated our order. Everything seemed to be in order and the other stuff we ordered came out (although the chicken tenders were really small and I was worried my brother wasn’t going to be full enough) and the food we got tasted good, milkshake was really good! My order came out with beef... when I refused it the (who I’m guessing was the manager/lead on duty) came and asked why I refused what I had ordered. I explained to her how I ordered it and felt bad because I know it wasn’t her fault, her worker just clearly misunderstood. However, I felt that I was very clear when ordering and I’ve never had issues ordering a menu item that originally comes with a beef patty with a non-beef substitute at other restaurants before. It still seemed like an issue because she kept saying “we don’t do it that way” until she finally asked “so you want all the same toppings as the classic but with a chicken patty?” and I said yes. I had to wait for them to remake the whole thing and felt bad my younger siblings had to wait on me, especially because it was late at night. The sandwich ended up being OK. They made the situation right in the end, but it was really frustrating having to explain something that I feel was really easy so many times :( my sister loves the cheesy burger though and gets it every time! Expect her to be a repeat customer. I don’t live in the area so I probably won’t go back during my visits to Ashburn :/

Absolutely loved it!!! You pay a bit more then average but you also GET more then you've paid for. Truly was the best franchised burger I've had????. Recommend it immediately to three family members. Bacon DBL burger IS Man Food!

It's not a bad spot to eat. But my chief complaint is if you look at the advertisement the burgers look pretty big. Once you see them it's not the same. The burgers are smaller. For the money you pay I'd expect more. Also order a chocolate milk shake and they brought the silver container out and it to seemed small. When you eat there you get the impression your getting short changed. It's not bad food but your definitely left still hungry. I feel you get more at fuddruckers.
