Good Fortune Sushi Bar & Restaurant

I am happy to have Good Fortune so close to my home. We have had great food and experiences here over the last several years. We have attended the Lunar New Year celebrations and always had a great time watching the Lion Dancers and eating the special menus. It's delicious and for a Chinese restaurant, they do a decent job of sushi. The rice needs to be formed a little bit stronger because it fell apart when you pick it up. It's a technique issue. We ask for some off the menu items too and they accommodate us all the time. They also deliver, which is a big plus. The food is above all of the strip mall American Chinese places, great presentation and preparation. Great and friendly service!

This is my new favorite local place! The restaurant is in a nondescript location (a former bank in a quiet shopping plaza). There were a few patrons, but I expect that number to grow. This was an enormous menu, seemingly too ambitious to make them all decent. I ordered a Thai dish, my wife ordered sushi, other members of our party ordered various Chinese dishes. Everything was excellent! Even the vegetarian in our group was pleased; there is a whole page of the menu dedicated to vegetarian and vegan dishes, and these did not disappoint either. The prices were not terrible, and the portions were significant. The service could be improved, but overall a pleasant experience that I look forward to replicating soon.
