    Much lower prices on lattes than another place close by and plus the wait is not nearly as long. Employees I have encountered have all been very nice and greet you with a smile and are quick to give me my order which is usually a latte or iced coffee.

    Good food and drinks.. just extremely slow service. Manger was spotted at random occasions when he came out from the back to help with a quick issue.. then he was just as quick disappearing to the back again. When he should of helping his employees in the front to help shorten the long line, or assist making orders, maybe take them. Instead 4 times I seen him for a brief moment and 3 of them he was more distracted looking at his cellphone.
