We enjoy coming to RHB. Food is good, not too pricey. However, we've seen a decline when it comes to staffing. I feel sorry for the staff especially the bartender "mom" she does the work of 3 people. Doing away with staff to save money isnt helping. It actually hurts your business. Customers get discouraged because they have to wait to order anything. Not blaming the staff but blaming owners/management. I'd hate to see this location close as well.
Red hot in blue seems to be fading however the food still hasn't. Not only did my food taste wonderful but the staff respectful and kind. I have the opportunity to visit the bathroom which happened to be very clean. It is clear that this red and hot blue restaurant takes pride in their restaurant and their food. It is sad that the restaurant in Manassas has closed. And soon to close is the one at the Chesapeake Bay on route 50. Overall, though I think Red Hot and Blue it with its select of sauces. It's variety of food choices makes a very good place to stop and eat. It is nice to see that Red Hot Blue is still strong and thriving and Leesburg Virginia.
Amazing food served here, large selection of choices. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with these being our first visit here. Will add this place to our growing list of restaurants to visit again.
Cheap BBQ that taste alright. They are quick and friendly. I prefer the pulled pork loaded Idaho spud. Great for carry out but make sure you get bbq sauce. They sometimes forget to put it in the bag.
Really great BBQ! Everything I've ever gotten has been delicious. The Burnt Ends platter is one of my favorites. Get it with the potato salad and baked beans or hush puppies and you won't be sorry! Huge portions and good service!
