Red Lobster

Usually a solid choice and satisfying, but with the prices getting higher bit by bit each year it seems like it's hard to give a higher rating. A family of four is always at a minimum of $100 and easily goes north of that. Service is usually ok, but coffee was warm and food took long. Very crowded at peak times.

We arrived before 6 pm Saturday 2/23/19. We were seated promptly but it took 15 minutes before our server checked in on us. Yes we just sat there and waited, no water, nothing. I had the classic surf and turf. My NY strip appeared more cooked then rare that I asked for. Food was average. Service was average. Probably will not go back.

The food and service were good. Caesar salad and biscuits are always good...and the firecracker shrimp has a nice kick to it. This visit we ate light because we were really there for dessert. We had the chocolate wave cake which is one of our favorite desserts when we are eating out. So overall, based on several visits, I would give 4.5 stars for food, 3.5 stars for service, and 3.5 stars for value.

Great atmosphere... Catherine is by far the best server we've ever encountered...her personality is top notch... she is a joy to be around... she made sure our dining needs were cared for and she did it with a smile... while Catherine is there we will surely make an effort to return...

Love seafood. Shrimp is fantastic. The lunch time menu is affordable. Service was great. Very nice staff.
