Had ordered on-line and picked up for dinner last night. But they forgot my appetizer order from 2 for $25. I called as soon as I got home but only to be put on hold twice. I figured they were just too busy so I called around noon today.
Shawn, the manager, got on the phone, apologized and offered me three options, mail me a gift certificate, credit for the whole check from last night or just order some food for pick up and he’ll take care of the check.
I was surprised to hear that he’ll credited me for the whole check when it was just one appetizer that was missing from few orders! I told him that I appreciate the offer but will come get just the missing appetizer from last nights order sometime this afternoon.
Thank you Shawn for going over and beyond to make one customer satisfied! Great customer service! I’ll definitely continue to be a patron of this restaurant and will spread the word...
