Went here with my mom and brother last night. I expressed that I have a dairy allergy and they went through more lengths to make sure no dairy was in anything I ate. The waitress was very kind and checked up on us routinely, filled our water glasses, and made sure we were enjoying everything. She did all this with a smile and genuine care. The manager came up two separate times to confirm things about dairy, as well as introduce himself, and ensure our satisfaction. They really did a great job of showing they truly care and I would highly recommend their service to anyone sceptical about the reviews. The food was also excellent, and had a great variety. I spent less money and ate more food, as well as had more drinks than I would have gotten at Sweetwater. I eat out frequently and haven't received more genuine care in some time. Highly recommend!
The food has been great every time I’ve been and the servers were careful not to over serve me on alcohol. Insisting that I finish a water before my next drink. Great staff and cozy atmosphere, as a traveling worker I fully recommend this business for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the bigger chain restaurants in the area.
My experience couldn't have been more opposite of some of the reviews posted here. I will say that I did not dine-in, but instead did curbside pickup, engaging minimally with the staff but they were professional and friendly.
The BBQ here is much better than it should be, why? Because it's isn't strictly a BBQ joint; instead it's a mix of several restaurants sharing one space (kitchen) with their own unique cuisines.
The food I picked up was hot, delicious and the seasoning was on point. The ribs we're tender with good flavor that was enhanced by a fantastic mustard based sauce. The mexican cuisine was stellar as well, the quesadillas and tostadas especially are two things you have to try. I'll have to come back for the other two restaurants that they have here, but so far I very pleased.
Mitch was a great server! Service was fast, food arrived promptly, everything we had (guac and chips, brisket, corn bread, & margaritas) tasted great. You seat yourself, which was different but it worked fine. You can order and pay by phone or with your server. There were other servers that assisted and that helped make sure we didn’t need anything at all. ?
