Typical Cava food quality, which is good. But they shrank the portions relative to any other Cava’s I’ve been to, and they wouldn’t let me add any basic items (like tomatoes) that weren’t on their card. I’ll go elsewhere next time, there are plenty of other restaurants in Dulles.
Stopped by this in Dulles Airport terminal B. This restaurant opened in the past month. It's great to have a healthier option to eat at after you pass through security. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean, new and had a nice attention to detail. The food was delicious, hot and ready to order. Cava is a great stop if you are hungry but short on time for your flight.
