Local Provisions

We loved Local Provisions tonight! The food was delicious the restaurant was comfortable and well appointed! A job well-done by owner, Michael Stubner and his great staff! We look forward to being regular customers on our days off!

Had an excellent 1st experience at Local Provisions tonight. Our waiter, Jason, was pleasant, funny, engaging and answered any questions or needs we had. The lamb burger was delicious as was my son's shrimp risotto. If only we had room for dessert! We'll have to come back.

What an amazing new restaurant in the area!! I was surprised to see a new business opening in what has been a dying area but the place was packed, the buzz was great and the food was AMAZING!! We will definitely be back often! Shocked that they have only been open a little over a week. The restaurant was running like clockwork. Waitress was on point, service was quick and efficient, food was amazing, drink options were plenty, smiles at every table, fun buzz around the bar. Can’t wait to visit again and try more dishes. Tonight we had flat iron steak (medium rare), mushroom risotto with shrimp, lasagna soup, side salad, and kids pasta with meat sauce. 5 stars on each.

After reading one of the previous reviews I find it important to note that we are not family or friends of the owners or anyone that works at the restaurant. This 5 star review was earned from the time we walked in the door until we walked back out.

The best food I've had in the area! The Parmesan truffle steak fries were a must have. The shrimp risotto was a fantastic dish in the cooler weather. My girlfriend had the rockfish and it was perfectly prepared. Be prepared for a wait, as weird is out on the best he restaurant in Cascades!

Local Provisions is a great new restaurant. We had a party of 14 and everyone enjoyed their entrees. The menu selections were what you have come to expect: chicken, salmon, pasta. But the preparation of these dishes was not expected. The chef’s gourmet twist on each dish turned out deliciously. The atmosphere is fresh and upscale. You would never know that in its previous life the space was a Boston Market. For warmer weather, there is a large outdoor patio. We won’t be waiting until spring to go back.
