El Fresco Tex-Mex Grill

My experience here was remarkable! I was in Sterling for an appointment and needed breakfast before going in. I didn't want to get the typical fast food options so I decided to try this place that was in a small strip mall with a 711 and other businesses. The cashier greeted me and asked me if I was ready to order or if I had any questions. The hospitality felt genuine and not rushed and robotic like most customer service experiences nowadays. I ordered Carne Asada con huevos and I was given a alarm button that beeps when your food is ready and waited in my car parked out front. My food was DELICIOUS!!! The potatoes were golden cubes of crafted crispiness. The carne was well seasoned and cooked through. A smokier char would help but just a suggestion, meat was great as is. The scrambled eggs were hot and fresh and I also got tortillas with my meal to make my own tacos. I would return here and try other items! Genuine service, cooked to order, and great value.

Sopapillas, shredded chicken burrito, and veggie burrito were amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. soda fountain and bottles available. 100% going back.

Fantastic mex food. Ordered via the app which was incredibly simple, they had the order for 2 ready in about 10 minutes. Love the salsa bar for some to-go tomatillo salsa and pico and EXTRA onions. Main course = OUTRAGEOUS BURRITO PLATTER. Very amazing, easily one of the best burritos I have ever devoured. And that Salsa/chips combo is really good. And then for dessert, Apple Churros. Muy bien. Literally everything we ordered was so good.

El Fresco is great! The place is very clean and the food is great. They have so many options on the menu so I was having a tough time trying to decide what to try! I figured i had to get a bunch of different stuff to try and see what we love. I loved their steak overall the best. Their burrito is wonderful and a little spicy (loved how saucy it is with the rice). 😍 loved that they have a sauce bar like District Taco. Their casadillas are wonderful. Their tacos are also 💯. Their fajitas are also great. Staff is friendly! What a wonderful addition to Sterling!
