    To many kids at night. Never have shakes. Machine always broke down. Fries not hot..

    Whenever we are in Roanoke, we always stop by this location for dinner on the way home. We have ALWAYS had great food and very friendly staff. They were very helpful with our attempts to use the mobile app. Turns out the app won't allow us to order our "usual" exactly the way we want it. Still, we had a great meal and thank them for their assistance. Excellent BK!
