Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I go to this location there's a cashier named Chyna I think she is so friendly. Honestly the most kind person there. Her voice makes my day.

Used to be great, good quality food and good portions. Recently, it has gone down in quality. Still decent though.

Folks backed up to the door, some food needed to still cook...took 30 minutes to order and wait. Did get free drinks for waiting. Hoping this was a unique occurrence. Food was good though!

This Chipotle Mexican Grill is very close to Liberty University and therefore is teaming with students and faculty during the semester lunch hour time frame. Traveller's can usually find a seat at the raised bar community table. This Chipotle service team is well trained and ready to serve numbers. Be prepared for patience as so many multiple party orders come through during the busiest times. Restaurant is clean and modern with ample seating, inside and out. My only suggestion is to increase staffing during peak times and triage the multiple order parties with dedicated personnel if this is a fortunate predicament of your close to university location.
