Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I currently reside in the state of Washington, but every time I visit family in Virginia my uncle and I make it to Lynchburg. By far the best Golden Corral I've ever eaten at. I call it Golden Corral/Soul Food! ????

Great food and always fresh. Mostly very friendly people some of the young waitresses are very rude which I hope the managers fix. But overall its worth the trip. Price is great

Great place refreshing some memories from my college days. The food was good some stuff a bit greasy. Our server was very nice and consistently came to check on us if we needed anything.

Breakfast is where it's at! I've only been for breakfast once but it was so good! They had banana bread French toast that still makes my mouth water when I think about it... dinner is fine, but breakfast is way better. You won't be disappointed!

Let's not skirt around the topic. When you go to a buffet, you're not going for the quality of the food. You don't care about the service. You're there either to stuff your face full, or to provide a variety of different options for your family and friends to eat.

Golden Corral does a good job at providing you those two options. However, their quality and service are definitely lacking. It's not that, that's a bad thing. Their business isn't developed around it.

But I do feel like a small bump in quality would definitely be a plus. For the most part their food has a blandness that fails to satisfy. I find myself choosing other buffets in town more times than Golden Corral. HOWEVER, they do have the best deserts.
