    I would of picked 5 stars but I only had one sauce to go with my breadsticks. Other than that all was great

    We are traveling through Lynchburg and often order papa John's when traveling because the food is always great. Ordered a spicy Italian half pineapple and 8 piece buffalo wings. Order came with Italian sausage and pineapple with little or no buffalo sauce on the wings. Called the store, spoke with the manager. He immediately apologized and offered to upgrade our order to a large correct the mistake and send it out again. Everyone makes mistakes and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a replacement meal at no cost. I haven't had this level of customer service ever!! This manager and store stands out as truly customer service oriented. Would definitely recommend!!!
