Pretzelmaker

I tried to call the number to speak to the manager but no one answered and the voicemail was full. My fiancee and I just stopped there at the mall and had the most amazing experience. The staff was superb! They were very friendly and very helpful. They were busy, but took the time with each customer and even helped recommend what to get. The food was great, hot, and fresh. And the restaurant was very clean, I watched them wipe down and clean multiple times. Great place, keep up the great work.

Fantastic service and delicious baked goods especially the stuffed mozzarella bites and mini dogs. I stop there whenever I am at the mall! ????

Usually I like eating here but today was the worst. Two new girls were there today and I told the first young lady I did not want salt and she told me that there was a 2 min wait for the pretzels. She wanted to go ahead and ring me up while the other young lady fixed my pretzel. She gave me two salted pretzels and when the cashier and I told her there was salt the other young lady who fixed it. She insisted that there was no salt even though we told her it was salt. Then when she took the pretzels out they were a little burnt. The young man she was talking on the outside of the restaurant to, also told her they looked burnt. So I'm sure I got a burnt one too. But anyway just one bad experience. Normally this place is really good at what they do it was the new young lady there today.
