William & Henry Steakhouse

Sometimes you need that restaurant for a birthday, anniversary, or business meeting. Williams & Henry is the place. Of course it is pricey, but that is expected when you need something in this category. Perfect service and food along with generous serving sizes. Everything was exquisite right down to the quality of the red wine by the glass. I would rate it better than Ruth's Chris comparatively. Very knowledgeable staff who all seem cross trained so they can back each other up along with top notch front house management almost guarantees a worry free visit even if you have some of the picky guests with you. A-plus!

We had an outstanding meal tonight. We were just passing through Lynchburg from PA to SC and stopped for the night. Everything was perfect from service to atmosphere to food and wine. Exceptional!!! We highly recommend.

The food was delicious! They were very accommodating to my family and I varying allergies and dietary restrictions. It was a little too expensive for my liking. For 3 people, one drink each, entree with sides and dessert, the bill was almost $200. We left a good tip, our waitress was very patient and accommodating. But I knew it was going to be a more expensive meal, and the steak and pork ribs chops were WORTH IT! The sides are big enough to share with two people, the meat portions are thick and juicy. Overall, it was a fantastic evening!

I’ve dined at fine restaurants/steakhouses through the country, and by far one of the best is in my hometown. The service was top-notch (Elizabeth), the food was of the highest quality and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was awesome. I will sing your praises to everyone. A+++++

By far the best restaurant in Southwest Virginia.
A romantic atmosphere, courteous service and exceptional food. Being from city like New Orleans I know a little something about fine dining. This tops them all.
Chef Roger is a true genius when it comes to creating that special dining experience. The steaks are of the highest quality and seasond to perfection. The pasta dishes will rival anything you have ever experienced.
Even though my wife and I dine there weekly, each time is like a new experience. Trust me on this one, try William and Henry one time and you will be hooked. To top off your experience do two things. Request Jacob as your server and have Hub behind the bar make you his special martini.
It just doesn't get better than that.
