Red Lobster

I would love to say that this place is amazing because it's Red lobster, but I cannot do that. Honestly the customer service needs a major upgrade. all of the staff is nice but for some reason to go orders are always messed up. maybe it's just my luck but every time I order something to go it's missing something or something is undercooked or I sit and wait 15 minutes after already having pre-ordered 15 minutes before. If you bring it to the attention of a manager there always remorseful and helpful.

Very slow in the beginning. After it was figured out which server we where getting, things improved greatly. Emma was a wonderful server and keep refills coming.

Great atmosphere and wide range of selections. Wait staff was exceptional...courteous and attentive. Highly recommend

Very nice place to eat.

The food is very good and very fast to come out, but not rushed. The decor is great and fits the theme but isn't overly nautical feeling, if you look for it you'll notice it, if you don't care it won't bother you.

It reminded me that it was a seafood restaurant when I saw it and realized that it was nautical themed, but it didn't stick out to me, it is very well done.

The food is cooked as requested and served accordingly, the waiters/waitresses are very kind, fun, and polite and of all ages, they are very helpful and only check up on you when you need it, I never felt like I needed our waitress and she wasn't there nor did I feel that she was there too much - just enough and helpful, amazing service all around.

We've always had good experiences here. Our waiter yesterday was friendly, informative and attentive without being overbearing. He managed other tables very nicely, too. The food was fresh and well done. Most people know what to expect when they visit a Red Lobster, but I do think this location is one of the best I've visited.
