Denny's

The food was really good, and the cook took good care of us. The waitress was very nice and did well. I would go back for sure.

I was definitely expecting a bigger portion of meat and couldn't get it without being charged extra so that was disappointing, as well as my eggs didn't have any cheese in them as requested. I was too tired to argue for more as I had just gotten off work. Otherwise the pancakes taste great and the store was clean inside and out..

New Management Great Experience! It's Denny's and I must say that this location was great. The food was fresh and hot. Service was above par. Restroom was clean. New Management has really turned this restaurant around. It has become a favorite in Christiansburg

Won't let me review again, so I have to edit an older review. Went today, sat at counter and had GREAT service. Ordered steak and eggs and then they told us they were out of steak. That was ok. But then they told us they were out of hash browns. That didn't sit well with me and I let them know. The waiter handled me and my attitude very well. He offered an alternative, which was fine, but then they found hash browns. Overall, it was great, and the server was over the top attentive, which was great. I ordered my decaffeinated coffee black and strong and he accommodated. Will go back for sure.

once since they re-opened. It was all good. The food, service, everything. Just went this past week and, although the food tasted good, it came out at different times, some of it not so hot. The service, although friendly, was slow-very slow. I would be willing to try this place out again, but if it is the same, that will be it for me.

9/23/18. Google seems to not want to let me post another review, so I'll add to this. Went today and server was Ashley. I've been coming here a couple years now and always sit at the counter. Had Ashley today and waited and waited. Finally, a server that knew me as a regular, tried to take drink order when Ashley came and stepped in. She took my drink order, clearly wishing she was someplace else, and I then said I'm ready to order now. She paid no attention to me at all so I had to raise my voice to say I was ready to order again. She took order and I never saw her again. After about 8 minutes of no beverage I left. There were many staff standing around, and all knowing me as a regular, you would think someone would step in. Bottom line, Ashley has to go or this customer will not come back.

Not bad! Haven't eaten at a Denny's in many years. It was very busy, but our waitress made every attempt to make sure we were happy. Cleanliness was great, service was great, food was great. I gave it 4 stars because of having to fix my order.
