Gaucho Brazilian Grille

Hands down, consistently one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at! We love the food here!

Portions are decent for the cost. Flavorful food and a nice atmosphere. Good for a family. Staff are friendly too, the cook was quite excited and gracious for our business. I'd certainly go again, food seemed healthy too.

The meat is cooked perfectly, the chimichurri rice is the best I've ever had, and the grilled sides taste smokey and, well, grilled, not just a grill pan like most restaurants. Service is impressively fast too, considering the variety of food it's possible to order in one meal. This isn't fast food, and I haven't been during the lunch rush, but based on what I've seen, it might be possible to stop by for lunch break if you work nearby and don't have anything else to do during it.

The food was great. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is after moving from the bar to a table, I pointed out to the grill chef (owner?) that no one had come to our table yet and it had 15 minutes. His response was "well, you can see we are busy." Which yes, yes I could, which is why I waited for 15 minutes before saying something. A server over heard me and came over to help us, which was great. She didn't turn out to be our server but eventually he got freed up enough to finish with our table. I don't care why I'm not getting the service I think I deserve, I want to know you recognize what's happening and you are going to try and fix it.

Food was good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of poor service. Our waitress ignored us from the time she received our initial order until she came back to ask about the check. We ordered drinks and an appetizer along with our meals, and weren't even able to get refills of our water until after our waitress had already asked about the check. Service definitely did not meet the price for our visit.
