We finally went. Service was great. Food was great. Ordered BBQ sammich and a burger. Place was cute. Our meal came to $25.00. I feel its more than I like to pay for lunch. $28.00 with tip. -
(February 15, 2019, 4:15 am)New owners but they kept the favorites of the previous Cafe from past 26 years. Staff is there too. I like it that new owners didn't mean that old friends didn't lose their jobs. What is new is the place has been scrubbed well. Looks clean, fresh and bright. New art on the walls (finally!) & they made our old friend Laura manager. She's doing a great job.
The food, though the same choices, basically, is cleaner, fresher and feels like someone actually cares about how the food tastes. New menus in new covers is another noticeable change that says the new owners care. 2 great meals there so far and so happy the Cafe will still be there for my usually 2x a week lunch with friends!
