Anderson's Newport News

I was very disappointed in Virginia Beach this weekend. Went to Anderson there and was ignored. The people working there are not like yours. Too good to help and overpriced. If this Anderson is associated with you you don't want that. My wife and I are always helped by your employees who smile and are happy. Attitudes and eyerolls at the beach. The only reason I went there was name and nongluten. I will never again. Either take your name away or fix it because we were very upset and if no one has been to NN they won't after experience at the beach.

I love Anderson's. Today I picked up two beautiful Hibiscus plants...looking so forward to placing them in our patio.

If you can’t find that plant, flower, bush or tree here, you’ll never find it! Anderson’s has the largest selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Inside there is a very nice selection of everything from jewelry, boutique clothing and gifts to bird feeders and more. Just wish the prices were a little lower.

The lunch was wonderful. My wife and I split the shroomwrap and we both had enough with our sides. Service was very good but not exceptional. Did some shopping in the garden department afterwards and bought a nice blooming house plant and a pot for it. If you want a great lunch or quality garden items and want to support the local economy, Anderson's is a great place to go!

This review is for Sage Cafe. Only giving 4 out of 5 because they were out of burgers (for my daughter). Otherwise, the buffalo cauliflower wrap was great, tomato basil bisque was smooth and creamy, the desserts were divine! The chunks of celery on the wrap should have been smaller and more bite size, but it was really good!
