Bonefish Grill

I enjoyed my late dinner at bonefish you know how you take a chance on near closing meals. Well not to worry with bone fish they created a enjoyable atmosphere was well as a great meal. They are one of the best restaurant that stayed open pass 9pm.

After a really bad service experience that I posted on Google reviews the proprietor reached out to me to give them another go. He provided me a couple of gift cards which I finally decided to use a couple of months later. It was so worth it to go back. Bonefish always has good food and atmosphere and this visit was wonderful with great service. Sometimes it is better to judge an establishment, not by their worst moment, but by the measures they take to correct a failure. In this case I am happy to say that Bonefish showed their true mettle by turning a very negative experience into an overall very good memory and impression of the business. The food was great as usual. We really enjoyed the seafood boil special and our waiter Patric, was attentive and patient! On the menu are wonderful Summer Specials, so catch them before they're gone !!!

The atmosphere was perfect! Our server James was awesome... We had everything that we needed! The food was delicious... Salmon, tuna, broccoli,green beans, Jasmine rice and coconut pie!!!

Always a great experience here. Customer service is top notch. The servers always take a moment to get to know you. It's not just food, it's ambiance, and the way they treat everyone. Last night was no exception. An unusually busy night as it was college graduation parties and mother's day weekend, they were a little backed up in the kitchen, but we were never without drinks, and always updated on the status of our orders. Our waiter William, was amazing (he's taken care of us before) took the time to teach our little lady how to use chopsticks. They never hover over you, but you are not neglected here. And the food always comes out perfectly cooked and the right temperature. Best service around.
