    Customer Service was great along with food. Only gave a 4 because so busy and the wait. But the staff was working hard and trying their best to keep up with the crowd.

    CHURCH'S CHICKEN NEWPORT NEWS VA Employees were very rude and disrespectful. We were forced to stand out in the hot 95 degree weather for a extra 6 minutes after the time they were supposed to be open. Most worst part the manager was right there there being rude with her crew.

    Real good food. It's hot. They have fast services. I love the honey biscuits. The workers are so friendly there. Always pleasant. The food pricing is very reasonable.
