The experience was okay. Employees were polite, but only one was seen smiling. It had probably been about a year since I had been because I live an hour away from the closest location. I was surprised by the $23 and some change cost for myself and two 9-Year-olds. Prices had really gone up. Overall, we were satisfied with the product, but feel it is pricey for what you get. I gave a tip to the jar...I guess the short staff thanks song has gone by the wayside. Cheer up staff! The customers will love it!

Despite it being busy, excellent service by the young guys working tonight. All of them worked together as a team & were very nice! Exceptional service by all.

The ice cream flavors and combinations are amazing. You pick from a good assortment of flavors, and then there are a ton of add-ins you can include. They have all the classics, and add on more like candy bars and cereal. You can also choose from one of their predefined styles. They have milkshakes too.
