My family and I ate here a few times. Every time we had a different experience. The first time we ate here we like the food and decided to try it again a few days ago. The food was bland and didn't have a lot of flavor to it. I tried the tacos, burgers and chicken which all was okay. I know it's not a five star restaurant but felt the food could have been a little better. The desserts were good.
It was my first time at this location .. And I'd say I wasn't dissapointed at all.. They had proper signage indicating what was in certain dish for people who are allergic or didn't eat pork.. I thought that was a grand gesture on their part.. Staff was friendly and attentive.. The place was clean and you didn't get that moldy smell most buffet have... The layout was nice clean and fresh.. The children enjoyed themselves a lot. That's all that mattered..
Pleasantly surprised. 7 adults went on Sunday holiday. Extra staff was on duty. No wait. Admittedly, I don't eat at buffet restaurants because I don't trust other people's hygiene. This Golden Corral was SPOTLESS. Food was FRESH and HOT. New dishes of food constantly. Wait staff polite. Bathrooms clean. No complaints.
Great food selections and a very attentive server. The cashier was very warm and friendly. He's the first one you meet when you enter. So sorry I didn't catch his name. His people skills are refreshing.
The food was very good! Fresh, tasty, seasoned well. But our waitress was very unprofessional. Instead of coming down the aisle to our table, she hollered at me if we were okay. I would have tolerated this if it had just happened once but she did it twice. She went to other customers tables directly to check on them.
I can understand that we all suffer with bad days and events before going to work, but we should give 100% to our customers/people we serve. THAT'S BEING PROFESSIONAL, no matter what our job or profession. This was not good customer service. And I tipped her accordingly.
Also she didn't know how to make a decent Arnold Palmer/half sweet tea/half lemonade. Another waiter had to make me another and bring my husband the correct drink he ordered. Not a pleasant experience.
