(August 19, 2017, 5:03 pm)Decent food for a decent price. Standard short order grill fare rules the roost here. This place caters primarily to shipyard, Navy, and city government that work in downtown Newport News. They open really early and they have great breakfast specials. The lunch menu has a wide variety of items to choose from. But, for some unfathomable reason the owner still refuses to join us in the 21st century and accept electronic payments! Very inconvenient especially when there are so many fantastic point of sale solutions out there for small businesses just like this one. That's the main reason I can't give the place a higher rating.
