Outback Steakhouse

Oh my goodness!!!! I ran by today to get some Ahi Tuna and it was delicious!!!!
The server came out to my car, assisted me with my order, placed the order and bought it back out to me. SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was amazing and very professional. They were also very accommodating to our needs. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in Virginia. Absolutely amazing.

My family ate here earlier in the week, and our server Tara was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. Will definitely be returning!

My first time dinning at Outback the food was great!! My waitress Olivia was amazing she told me about the tasty ribs and I was sold her personality isn’t seen in restaurants she has such a bubbly personality and was so informative about the dine rewards Outback has, I seen her also help other customers and was so friendly to everyone she is a great worker and should be rewarded for it. Outback Was wonderful and Olivia just topped it off. Will definitely be coming back..

First let me say we had the most amazing server. Cat was knowledgeable on every cut of steak, but she also took the time to explain each one. Her recommendation was 100% accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. She was pleasant, friendly, and proficient. The manager was pleasant and accommodating as well. Our interaction with the manager was due to the fact we wanted to sit in a less crowded area. The hostess informed us that there were no servers for that area. So we took our seats without complaint. I don't know how the manager found out we wanted to sit in that area, but less than 2 minutes later she came to us, took us to the area we wanted to sit in and got us a server. Then apologized that we were originally told no. Wow... Usually you have to complain to get service like that. So from the manager to the chef to the server we had a top notch experience. I highly recommend Cat. In case I don't see you again many blessings on the new baby.
