I usually place my orders online and use the text message service in order to know when my order is ready for pickup. This location as all other Papa John's locations, clean, has good customer service, and food quality is good. Papa John's is usually my favorite pizza restaurant to order from.

(September 26, 2018, 4:12 pm)Great customer service. Ordered 10 pizzas via the phone app. Upon arrival, only six were made. I reviewed my receipt and it only read 6 but somehow still managed to recognize the “buy 10 get 45% off” coupon (that’s because I ordered 10 just to get that discount).
Not sure if it was user error by me or a glitch in the app. Either way, the manager on duty Adriane - she took care of me right away and made the additional pizzas I intended to order, no questions asked and apologized for the inconvenience although it was clearly not her fault.
