Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our waitress was awesome, on point and very friendly. It took us over 40 mins to get our food when our food came mine was good, ordered Southwestern salad but my husbands meal of chicken tenders and fries was ice cold, not even warm, the manager offered to replace his meal but it took us so long to get it my husband said no, the waitress spoke to the manager and told her to remove the meal from our bill which was done. We were just shocked because the restaurant was not even busy, we did notice that other people were not getting their food out in a timely manner either, we have never had a problem with Red Robin's before we have always had our meal delivered nice and hot even when it was busy, this time it wasn't, so we give our waitress five stars but we give Red Robin's Cooks three stars because my food was fine and my husband's wasn't.

They were beyond great when I called last minute for a burger bar order today! Typically these take a 24 hour turn around but I called BEFORE they opened and got lucky someone answered and he was such a delightful individual I wish I remembered his name. He assured me he'd make sure he made it happen for lunch time and would have it ready by noon for a doctors office I had a lunch with. They were so nice when I arrived and even helped deliver it to my car. Highly recommend! It's hard finding people who genuinely care and want to do their job these days. He acted like it was no problem and got everything taken care of so quickly. Also, burger bars are an office favorite! Y'all rock! Thank you!!! ALMOST forgot to add that they offered me fries while I waited for my order. It just really doesn’t get much better than this type of service.

Had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and the endless fries and broccoli were a treat. Our waiter was excellent. Restaurant is a bit noisy but other then that, a good experience.

I just no longer find this place a definite go-to restaurant. We used to go to RR quite a bit, but the food is just so-so for the price. Sad, because we used to love it, but something in the quality of food has changed. Steak fries are good, though. Please "like" my review if you found it helpful.
