It's a little inconvenient walking in to the first desk and not being able to purchase from there. Instead you have to walk all the way to the back, where the food is, and purchase your packages there. I purchased the Studio Family Package which included one hour play time for 4 players, a large pizza, and 4 drinks. Not a bad place and not a bad deal! It worked perfectly on the games you're allowed to play for that package. Most of the games in that package, I must warn you, are shooting games. However, If you buy individual points/credits you can play many other games around the place as well as other packages available and some packages are available at earlier times of the day.

Fun place to go every now and then. I went for a birthday party for the first time and it was really neat. The party included bowling and cards for the games along with pizza and a round of laser tag. It wasn't crowded either. The game prices seemed comparable to Dave and Buster's

My son (4) loved this place. It was our first time going. And I lost my mind with the Luigis mansion arcade machine!! They are having a summer deal right now. Also they offer military discount. I recommend buying the attraction points for your card. We spent 40 and got 900 tickets. Their clown knock over game and the ninja button game gave us 30 tickets everytime. Also the easiest crane to use was the hamster one. The other timers were to short to actually win something. Also bumper carts are 12 points a piece. We spent 2 hours here easily! I'll be back.
