Volcano Hibachi Express & Sushi

The food and service was great. They're very friendly. The hibachi, rolls, and ramen were delicious! It's somewhat like a fast food restaurant, but better. I recommend to take a look around!!

I eat the hibachi here and I think its good for a quick healthier alternative to fast food. I get the steak and shrimp hibachi. The steak could be marinated to make the flavor stronger.
My issue with this restaurant is the lack of AC. I won't eat in the restaurant until October after it cools down. They got rid of that terrible smell when you first walk in, now if they could just get some AC, that would be great.

If you want the taste of a hibachi grill but don't want to sit in and pay the high price for it, try this place out. Great food and it has a great vibe. I like the openness of the windows as it puts a decent amount of light into the restaurant. If would rather pick up your food, this is also a great option. Every time I order here my food is hot and ready to go in a short amount of time. I'll definitely continue to order from here when I'm in the mood for hibachi!
