Coko is by far the best worker at this location in my opinion. Amazing customer service and unlike others who work here she doesn’t give me an attitude when I ask for something off the grill.

The store manager ( Angela Archer ) is outstanding every time I 'v stopped in she always ensured that the customer is taken care of in a timely & friendly manner.

This is the closest 7-11 situated right next to the ODU campus. So convenient and lovely. I stop here literally every time I come to the campus. It's great that in the morning if I haven't had my coffee yet I can just grab a quick cup on my way to the Perry library. I also enjoy many of there other convenience products as well. I most frequently get the chilled pickles and/or the Sargento balanced breaks.
The critique that I have is about the coffee. In my opinion it's not hot enough. That's either because I walk all the way to the library before consuming my beverage, or they are not changing out the coffee on a periodic basis. It's a shame because I love coffee. Other than they are doing a fine job. Who doesn't love coffee right? I know I do.
