It is a beautiful place great customer service food delicious and great atmosphere. Just love my time there best time out in a long time.you must go
Me, my husband and our friends came in tonight for dinner and all we can say is Amazing! Our server Tim was awesome. He was very polite as well as the other employee's, He had knowledge of what was was on the menu and he demonstrated outstanding customer service. The wait time from when we ordered til we received our food was less than 15 minutes and the food was awesome. Everything was seasoned perfectly and was not over cooked or under cooked. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The customer service is excellent. I love the atmosphere. Each time I visit I’m made to feel like I own a piece of the business. The food is always fresh and delicious. I never wait over 20 minutes for food. Hands down the best place to eat and bring family. I’m a customer for life!
I came in expecting the buffet that has been in this space for a long time. I decided to stay and give it a shot since I was already here. I am glad I did! I ordered the wings and a fried catfish basket with cajun fries. Everything was well seasoned and delicious, perfectly cooked. My server, Joshua H, was attentive and very personable. He recommended their remoulade sauce for dipping and he was on point with that one! I look forward to coming back and trying some of their boiled seafood plates that looked and smelled delicious at the nearby tables. They have done a great job with the renovations and should have no problems keeping busy if they continue with what I experienced.
Went there Friday night not knowing what to expect. Very nice inside. We were seated right away and had the nicest waiter, his name was Jake Ryan( no joke). He took excellent care of us. We had ordered calamaria and it was too tough to chew so he took it off our bill and recommended the best sushi roll I have ever had. I am a happy camper, we can now get sushi and some really good fried catfish at one place. Jake also said they will be having live music soon. Go to Boil Bay Seafood you won't be sorry and ask for Jake!
