The staff is friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure I have what I want and need. I've watched and they make everyone feel welcomed. The food is fresh and taste great

(July 12, 2019, 8:19 pm)I love their steak and cheese sub and the "steamer" sub (pastrami and brisket). I have not had a bad sub there. The workers are friendly, and I like how you are supporting first responders every time you eat there. Give them a try the next time you see one.

(February 23, 2019, 7:11 pm)Without naming the competition, there are two sub sandwich chains that I hold in high regard. Firehouse is one of them. Sandwich options are plentiful and are prepared with great care. I enjoy the fact that they steam heat the meats. That really brings out the flavor. Most often I choose the Hero. I'm crazy about the combination of ham, turkey and roast beef. The taste tells me that they use high quality meats. Five stars are awarded because in all the years of my visiting they have been consistently great!

(February 18, 2019, 7:37 pm)Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful with your order and always a hearty welcome. Food is much better than other sub stores. Large subs really fill you up.
