Little Dog Diner

By now I've eaten lunch or b'fast here 5 or 6 times total. Food is always first-rate and attractively plated. Featured cocktails are ample & fun. And yes, Carl is an excellent server.

There have been a few issues, however, but for now, I will just explain why I am putting a "ding" in what should be 5 stars for this place: this morning, round about 11:00 a.m., I was completely ignored! Granted, I had taken a seat on the patio somewhat out of view of the front windows (sign said "Please seat yourself). But you'd think within the span of 8-10 minutes, a wait person or manager might have stuck her head out to check if anyone had sat down outside. Pity, too. The weather had not got too hot yet on that side of the street. But finally I just got up quietly, grateful for the phone that kept me company, and proceeded to find another place to have brunch on my day off.

CARL is awesome super funny! Amazing fast service perfect lunch spot And our meal was fantastic! You can build your own sandwich on the most delicate flaky croissant ever!!!! The chicken and waffles with the bourbon maple syrup was perfect! Wish we walked into this place before it’s super affordable too! The side porch is also perfect spot to sit!

Absolutely amazing, my new favorite place to go!!! The staff is super friendly and on top of everything!!! I completely recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood, if not you're only doing yourself a disservice!! I can't wait to go back

Went here for the very first time this morning and I was SO happy when I left. The staff is AMAZING. the food? AMAZING. I got biscuits and gravy and a soft scrambled egg. Two things that sound extremely easy but are also just as easy to ruin. But I bit into my biscuits and literal perfection. Carl is such a sweetheart as well as the gentleman in the kitchen and the beautiful spirit that works the counter with him. I'm definitely returning and they definitely have found their newest regular.
